We are seeking a leasing agent to help our fast growing property management startup show and lease more homes, faster! This is the perfect opportunity for someone new in real estate looking to learn more about the industry, build their connections, and ultimately expose themselves to an immense amount of opportunities.
You will have the opportunity to hone your skills when it comes to showing properties to prospective tenants, communicating with rental property owners, managing contractors, drafting lease agreements and other real estate contracts, and learning different types of softwares that are driving the future of the real estate industry.

Requirements:
-Must have a reliable vehicle and comfortable driving 150-200 miles per week
-Must have a reliable computer and cell phone
-Real estate license preferred but not required
Compensation:
-$22 per hour
-Bonuses for leasing properties
-Gas reimbursement
