Boutique real estate and property management operation is looking for a Broker/Executive/Administrative assistant to work with the owner. In addition to possessing all of the standard skills of a great assistant, the right person will be qualified and experienced in all aspects of real estate transactions (primarily commercial), and also have property management experience (primarily commercial). This position requires a person that is reliable, has a positive outlook, is very well organized, highly detailed and able to multi-task with ease. This position also requires visiting and inspecting various properties, including shopping centers and office buildings. The ability to tactfully, and professionally, interact with tenants is a continuous part of this position. Additionally, possessing the ability and temperament to effectively bid property services, and to administer existing contracts, will be necessary.
This is not a remote position, and a CA real estate license is required.
