Security Escrow, an independent escrow company in San Diego, has an opportunity for an experienced officer/manager. You will oversee the daily operations of the escrow department, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of real estate transactions. You will also lead a team of escrow officers and assistants, providing guidance, training and support. You will also manage client relations, handle escalated issues, and drive company growth and success.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience as an escrow officer, with demonstrated leadership ability.
Ability to get approved with the DFPI as a manager.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
Familiar with Qualia escrow software is a bonus.
Benefits:
We offer a base salary of $80,000 plus monthly bonuses based on gross escrow fees totaling on average $5,000 per month making this a $140,000 per year job for the right person.
If you have a current book of business, we are offering up to a $5,000 sign on bonus.
