Responsibilities: As a Business Development Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting outbound prospecting calls to identify potential customers and qualify leads.

2. Engaging with key decision-makers and building relationships through effective communication.

3. Articulating the value proposition of our products/services to prospects, focusing on their unique needs and pain points.

4. Scheduling and coordinating net new meetings with qualified leads for our business development team.

5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in our CRM system.

6. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

1. Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the B2B technology industry.

2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects.

3. Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

4. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for exceeding goals and delivering results.

5. Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage prospect data and track performance.

6. Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

7. Knowledge of business technology solutions, industry trends, and competitive landscape is a plus.
