Customer Service and Order Processing

1. Customer Service and order processing. Invoicing, packaging and shipping - Work with Outlook, Quickbooks software etc.

2. Inventory management - receiving parts, parts labeling, organizing, counting etc.

3. Mailing product brochures and customer verification

4. Other general duties in the office and production area as necessary

5. Experience with MS office. Quickbooks desktop helpful but not necessary.

6. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to politely interact with customers and company staff. Meticulous and a strong desire to meet customer expectations.

7. Reliable, confident and able to work without supervision once trained.

8. Minimum education: High School Graduate. Associate Degree in Business / Marketing useful but not rquired.
