Standard Filter is a small company in North County San Diego (Oceanside). The Customer Service/ Order Entry position will involve consolidating various order documents and specifications into a complete sales order and entering into our Epicor ERP system. The CS/OE position also involves email and phone communications back to customers with order sign offs, order status and shipment tracking information. Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms including Epicor ERP and MS Excel
Qualifications
At least 3 years' of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail is a must.
