A busy, well established sign shop needs your customer service and sales skills. This inside sales position is the heartbeat of our center. You need to be dynamic, detail oriented, efficient, and motivated to create new customers and expertly assist repeat customers. Our Customer Service Representatives work and communicate with our customers via email and phone, as well as walk-ins.
You will receive customer’s orders and guide those orders through the production process, from the creation of the order to a final quality check of the finished product. This full time position will have you be the liaison between the production team and our customers. Being a team player as well as being able to work independently is a must. Also, your clear communication skills and ability to multi-task throughout will be pivotal to your success.
We are looking for a goal oriented person who enjoys diversity in their work and would like to grow with our company. Our store is well established and has been in business for over 20 years and has a great customer base.
Sign shop or manufacturing environment experience is preferred.
