Position Overview

Veteran Compensation Services is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives with a proven track record in one-call close sales to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new business and closing sales in a fast-paced and competitive environment. This role demands exceptional communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to build rapid rapport with potential customers.

Location(s): Remote US

Essential Functions

Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Work with company-provided leads and maintain high closing ratios.

Conduct effective sales presentations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and features of our products/services.

Close sales deals in a one-call close setting, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.

Work Experience

3 – 5 years of sales experience.

Proven track record of success in one-call close sales, preferably in a "pipeline” sales process.

Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in high-performing sales roles.

Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects, perform well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

Experience or familiarity with account collections processes.

Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in managing client data within a CRM.

High School Diploma or equivalency.
