Position Title: Sales Representative

Location: Various locations, primarily targeting HOAs (Homeowners Associations), commercial buildings, and individual houses.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients in HOAs, commercial buildings, and individual houses, presenting our contracting services, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to travel to various locations to meet clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Outreach: Identify and approach potential clients within HOAs, commercial buildings, and individual houses.

Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations and service demonstrations to prospective clients.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.

Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.

Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Travel: Travel to various locations as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1+years of sales experience, preferably in the construction or general contracting industry.

Education: Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Other Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients.
