Position: Full-Time Sales Representative

- Additional production bonuses
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for HVAC commercial service calls, maintenance, repairs, Commercial/Residential installations and coating jobs
- Leverage your sales expertise to engage potential customers and effectively communicate the benefits of our services
- Collaborate with team members and management to refine sales strategies and achieve collective goals
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales/ appointment setting or telemarketing, preferably within the HVAC/Refrigeration industry
- Exceptional communication skills with a talent for building rapport over the phone
- High energy and enthusiasm coupled with a goal-oriented mindset
- Availability to work Monday to Friday & weekends as needed
