Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Representative at Pacific Play Systems, Inc. located in Carlsbad, CA. The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals. The representative will also provide customer support and maintain relationships with existing clients. It is expected that the representative will meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company. Opportunity to earn a six figure income with a base salary and commission when sales goals are met.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in B2B sales and account management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Knowledge of playground equipment and the commercial construction industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
Compensation
Salary plus commission
