We are seeking maintenance technicians to become part of our team!
Your responsibilities will include:
Candidates must have experience and be able to perform basic plumbing, framing, drywall hanging and mudding, basic electrical, demolition, concrete, underground, cabinetry and finish carpentry. The more trades you have experience with the better.
Maintain daily logs of operation, maintenance and safety.
Must be able to use hand and power tools in a safe manner.
Requirements for this role include:
.Candidates must have a background in apartment, multi unit or as a facilities maintenance technician.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good customer service. Will have to work with various renters and must be able to communicate and deliver a high level of customer service.
