MECHANIC
Ideal candidate has Clean Driving Record, Tools, and experience with some or all of the following:
Performing routine maintenance or repairs
Performing required inspection or testing for a specific vehicle and mileage point
Preparing accurate maintenance recommendations
Explaining recommended maintenance to customers and/or service advisors
Keeping comprehensive records of maintenance and repairs
Performing quality checks on tools and equipment
Oil changes
Tire rotations
Tire replacements
Tire alignments
Fluid checks and changes
Engine tune-ups
Brake checks
TECHNICIAN
Ideal candidate has Clean Driving Record, Tools, and experience with some or all of the following:
Skills listed above under Mechanic
Interpreting vehicle diagnostic codes
Planning repairs to perform
Using special computers or equipment to diagnose problems with a vehicle
Assessing errors or causes of breakdowns or malfunctions
Specialty technicians: suspension, differentials, Jeep specialist, off-road specialist
