Basile Construction is looking for a skilled mechanic to trouble shoot, repair and maintain construction equipment. We are a general engineering company with and very established business in the San Diego Area for over 4 generations. We need some help with our fleet of John Deere, Komatsu, Cat and Yanmar equipment. In addition to our transfer trucks and heavy haul equipment, featuring Freightliner and Western Star, and a fleet of Ford F450 with 6.7 liter diesel engine. We are looking for a person with a minimum of 5 years verifiable experience in either construction equipment or trucks. This person needs to be a confident trouble shooter, able to read schematic, use test equipment Autel scanners, heavy duty and light duty, welding and fabrication is a plus.
