Flooring company seeking a motivated driver. This is for local deliveries. Hourly pay opportunity along with weekly pay on Friday's.
Job Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently drives truck to transport material and equipment to and from specified destinations
Loads and unloads material/equipment at sites
Positions and secures load for transportation
Verifies load against shipping documents
Prepares receipts for materials and ensures proper logs/paperwork is completed
Maintains and checks truck/equipment to assure road worthiness
Informs Manager of currently needed or anticipated repairs
Performs other projects or duties as assigned
Requirements:
Valid Class C drivers license required, able to drive a 24' long flatbed
Good driving record
Previous experience in transporting material to specified locations
Familiar with forklift, flatbed, step/drop-deck trailers and other similar hauling equipment
Ability to lift up to 50 Lbs.
A safe driving record
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
