Summary:

  • Our direct client is looking for a Business Analyst who's focus will be helping out the business for their Salesforce initiatives.
  • Candidate must have 10+ years of experience.
  • Facility with business requirements/user stories definition, documentation, roadmap planning and tracking.
  • The ability to effectively translate requirements into roadmap and scaled process workflows.
  • Ability to provide communication updates to stakeholders regarding status, progress and open issues.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and cross-technical teams to effectively define framework and processes.
  • Candidate should have 9+ years of BA work experience, recent on Salesforce projects
  • Candidate should have knowledge of IT systems, technical skills, and communication skills.
