Reporting into the Employee Success Business Partner organization (Human Resources), you will work hand in hand with the global HR organization, including the Office of Equality, and Sales leadership to ensure alignment of our Equality approach and priorities while creating and driving actions to ensure Equality for all.

Responsibilities :

Shape and implement the Equality strategy for the AMER Sales organization in partnership with the Office of Equality and Employee Success Business Partners (HRBPs).

Set strategy, roadmap, and milestones and track progress and results on representation. Identify and implement best practices to engage, retain and develop diverse talent.

Influence and hold leadership accountable to deliver on equality initiatives; provide consultation, coordination and strategic planning for the design and implementation of programs focused on creating a culture of belonging, developing and advancing diverse internal talent, and reducing the attrition of diverse talent.

Focus on and drive initiatives that move the needle on our overall headcount and promotions among underrepresented groups.

Create and implement diversity-oriented programs and initiatives within Sales as well as within the community by driving more visibility to these initiatives with the goal of increasing representation in leadership and reducing attrition of diverse talent.

Expand and extend the efforts currently underway into other parts of the organization, with added rigor and accountability.

Utilize a data-oriented approach to drive decisions and measure success.

Build strong collaborative working relationships among leadership and cross-functional teams.

Ensure compliance with applicable federal / state laws, policies, and procedures.

Minimum Requirements :

10-15 years of experience in the DEI space, driving complex initiatives, enterprise level implementations and change management across multiple stakeholders.

Solid understanding / experience on how Sales and Human Resources collaborate to drive Diversity and Inclusion results.

HR Business Partner expertise with broad knowledge across the full HR function / specialties.

Experience creating and executing diversity strategies on engaging, retaining and developing talent for a large organization.

Demonstrated impact on diversity and inclusion initiatives and resulting increase in representation.

Excellent operational / analytical skills. Experience leveraging data to measure success of existing initiatives and inform opportunities for new initiatives.

Deep understanding of best practices and trends in diversity, equity and inclusion, with a strong track record of translating into an actionable strategy and driving action across various teams.

Experience building trusted relationships with senior leaders. Ability to influence the business to increase leadership commitment and accountability for Equality efforts, creating an environment of belonging and addressing areas of improvement for all team members.

Strong partnership and influencing skills. Ability to breaking down silos. Courageous Communicator.

Trusted partner, active listener, leads with focus and drives alignment with compassion and empathy.

A successful track record of working effectively in a highly matrixed and fast growing organization.

Flexible, fast-moving, execution-oriented. Track record of getting it done.

Strong executive presence.

Outstanding writing / presentation-building skills and is a compelling communicator.

Preferred Requirements :

Passion for Equality, Salesforce, our values, and the role HR plays in our success.

Experience supporting a Sales organization a plus.

Industry savvy, up to date and energized by current and future industry trends on diversity, inclusion, culture and future of work.

Successful peer and partner relationships including HR specialists / COEs.

Understands business holistically, including a Sales organization.

Deeply understands long-term business goals, current organizational strengths and challenges, and opportunities to close the gaps.

Understands insights from C suite and from all levels of employees.

Very strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
