Support the monthly NAV process, including investor allocations, waterfall calculations, management fees, performance metrics, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
Liaise with fund administrators, auditors, and valuation agents to ensure compliance with financial statements, tax coordination, and cash management procedures.
Assist with administrative tasks such as vendor payments, wire transfers, and maintain accounting controls, while supporting CFO/Controller in daily operations.
Oversee trading operations, including margin calls, derivative trades, ISDA reporting, and private investment deal closings.
Manage investor relations, handling capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, reconciliations, and reporting, while updating CRM data and investor materials.
Assist with regulatory compliance filings and provide necessary documentation for audits and compliance testing.
Requirements
3+ years of FUND accounting (fund, fund admin, public accounting), ideally hedge fund experience
Familiar with financial instruments, fund vehicles, and alternative investments
CPA is a plus
Bachelors in accounting, finance or related
Strong GAAP knowledge, Excel proficiency
Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, organized
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player, able to work independently
