Description We are offering a part-time, remote, contract employment opportunity for an Instructional Designer. This role involves the creation and development of comprehensive educational materials, including courses, workshops, and training programs, for a variety of mediums. You will be expected to work closely with internal teams to gather and synthesize information, while also utilizing your skill set to create engaging and interactive content.Responsibilities: Develop diverse instructional materials such as courses, workshops, and training programs. Create engaging content utilizing multimedia elements like videos, infographics, quizzes, and interactive activities. Liaise with internal subject matter experts to gather and synthesize information for content development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and assets required for courses. Adapt existing templates for content creation and make necessary edits where required. Apply knowledge of modern adult learning principles in the development of instructional materials. Display flexibility and willingness to adapt to feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve instructional materials. Utilize skills in AB Testing, Computer Hardware, Design, e-Learning Modules, and Graphic Design in the execution of job responsibilities.Requirements 5+ years of proven work experience as an Instructional Designer Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Articulate Storyline, Murph AI, Vyond, and Camtasia Strong skills in Design and Graphic Design. Experience in e-Learning Modules creation and implementation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
