Job Description

An American financial services company based in San Francisco, California. Hiring for a Junior Test Racket Technician with an Associates degree or equivalent experience to join the team to support products. This role will be a 4 month contract- 40 hours per week and on-site in Oakland, CA. Looking for someone who can validate new firmware on components, and run test scripts on boards (incl. mux board), and write/ understand and debug simple scripts. this role, you will provide expertise in support of Office 365 and G Suite core services. You will report to the Senior Manager of the team and will be working with both Exchange online and Exchange on Prem. This role will require experience in Microsoft In Tune, Exchange In Tune, and an overall understanding of O365 Services.

This role is 100% US Remote. This position will start as a 6 month contract with the opportunity to extend into a full time position.
Required Skills & Experience

• 2 years of experience/ Associates degree
• Assemble node hardware, bring node offline, swap components
• validate new firmware on components, run test scripts on boards (incl. mux board)
• Understand and debug simple scripts, Can diagnose missing components by reading test script output
• Mark DUT online in go/machines or use a web interface
• If the USB hub is disconnected, anything downstream

• Networking Fundamentals
• Google Workspace administration

What You Will Be Doing

• Building Square hardware nodes
• Assemble NEDs into known config from china
• Mount NEDs to fixtures
• Wire circuit boards together, add DUT to rack
