Reporting to the Director of Finance, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited, to the below. What you will be doing:  Responsible for providing technical and operational guidance for planning, directing and monitoring hotel labor cost and productivity Data processing and cost analysis through the Hotel’s Payroll and Watson labor management applications. Perform all duties and functions as the hotel Watson administrator     Perform profitability analysis   Assist in the Rooms and F&B forecast process and month end closure process with the submission of daily hotel productivity  Perform any other tasks required by the Director of Finance and General Manager Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service. Contribute to a fun, positive work environment for the Accounting Team and other colleagues. Be willing to work a flexible schedule as needed in order to complete all tasks before deadline. Weekend work will be required when necessary. Must be available to work the first and last day of each month.  Must be willing to travel. Salary Range: $85K to $114K USD Gross Annually Your skills and experience include: Previous experience is an asset especially in Watson Labor Management and Payroll system. College degree required. Specialization in Accounting or Finance is preferred. Minimum of one to three years of experience working in a supervisory or management role in a hotel is a must. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that he/she is able to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Balancing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines is essential. Candidate must be highly organized, detail oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. A driven individual with willingness to both learn and teach others is highly preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required. Experience with Oracle PMS, Silverware, SUN, Dayforce, Avero and Watson Labor Management is a plus.  Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):  Constant standing and walking throughout shifts. May occasionally exert up to 10 pounds lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
