Description Description:Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support attorneys in complex litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of litigation, from inception through trial, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
Coordinate document production, including reviewing and organizing case documents for depositions, hearings, and trials.
Conduct legal research and gather pertinent information for cases.
Manage case files and ensure all documentation is properly filed and organized.
Prepare trial binders and exhibits for use in court.
Coordinate witness interviews and depositions.
Assist with calendaring, including tracking court deadlines and case schedules.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, preferably in a law firm setting.
Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and court filings.
Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be on-site at least 3 days per week.
