This includes -
Developing, writing, and designing effective email campaigns.
Creating customer journey maps to enhance email delivery timing and triggers.
Extracting relevant data for campaign analysis and analyzing the data.
30% of the role involves supporting the product team. This involves -
Collaborating with product teams to align email strategies with overall marketing goals.
Provide insights from email campaigns to inform product development and marketing.
Skills and RequirementsMust Haves:
5 years of experience working on email campaigns.
Proven experience in email campaign development and analysis.
Experience with Eloqua for planning and executing personalized campaigns.
Ability to manage large-scale tests and audiences.
Experience in experimentation for a premium user base of consumers.
Strong copywriting and proof-reading skills.
Ability to hit strict deadlines. Pluses:
Proficiency with tools such as Google Sheets and Confluence.
Familiarity with staff products, consumer audience targeting, or self-serve product campaigns.
Experience handling a large volume of tests with audiences of 40 million users. null
