Lead the Marketing Charge at Compulse as our Marketing ManagerCompulse, a leading force in the advertising and marketing technology landscape, seeks a strategic and collaborative Marketing Manager to report directly to our VP of Revenue.You will spearhead marketing initiatives, foster brand loyalty, and drive impactful campaigns across multiple marketing channels, playing a key role in propelling our growth.Responsibilities:

Orchestrate Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with Compulse's goals and strategic objectives, collaborating closely with the VP of Revenue and internal teams.

Champion the Brand: Cultivate a consistent and captivating brand identity across all touchpoints, from website to conferences, fostering deep customer connections and contributing to positive brand perception for revenue generation.

Fuel Digital Growth: Lead the execution of targeted SEO, SEM, and email campaigns, leveraging HubSpot for optimal automation and conversion, ultimately contributing to lead generation and sales pipeline growth.

Content that Captivates: Oversee content creation that engages your target audience, informing, educating, and inspiring them through a variety of formats, ultimately supporting lead nurturing and customer acquisition efforts.

Conference and Webinar Expertise: Develop and execute a strategic conference and webinar presence that maximizes brand awareness, generates leads, and builds valuable partnerships, directly impacting revenue potential.

Empower Your Team: Foster a collaborative and high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and a supportive environment, contributing to overall team morale and productivity.

Resourceful Budgeter: Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals within budget constraints, ensuring financial responsibility and alignment with revenue objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Solid marketing experience with a proven track record of success, particularly in digital marketing strategies and driving revenue growth.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and open communication with both the marketing team and the VP of Revenue.

Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and measuring marketing impact on revenue goals.

Proficiency in HubSpot and other marketing automation tools.

Let’s talk.The base salary compensation range for this role is $100,000 to $110,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
