Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Office Services Associate in San Francisco, California, United States. In this role, you will be providing comprehensive back office services to our clients and teams. This includes a variety of tasks within reprographics, copy, mail services, and more in both physical and digital environments. Responsibilities: Accurately process work in office services, primarily focusing on reprographics, mail, and intake functions. Maintain and manage client relationships through exemplary customer service. Ensure the proper and efficient use of office equipment and supplies. Adhere to established procedures and policies, making independent decisions that align with business needs. Handle sensitive and confidential documents with discretion. Monitor and maintain accurate logs for all office services work. Troubleshoot basic equipment problems and place service calls when necessary. Communicate effectively with supervisors or clients regarding job or deadline issues. Perform quality assurance on own work and the work of others. Respond to telephone and email inquiries in a detail oriented manner. Requirements Proficiency in Customer Service, showcasing the ability to cater to client needs efficiently and professionally. Familiarity with common Office Functions and Operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Knowledge of Procedures and Policies, demonstrating the ability to adhere to company guidelines. Proficiency in Scanning and managing documents, ensuring proper documentation. Experience in Receptionist Duties, indicating the ability to manage front desk operations. Ability to Troubleshoot common office issues, ensuring minimal disruption to work. Knowledge of Facility management, indicating the ability to manage and maintain office premises. Familiarity with Digital tools and software, showcasing the ability to work in a technologically advanced environment. Excellent Communication Skills, ensuring clear and effective interaction with team members and clients. Experience in Scanning Documents and maintaining digital records. Ability to Maintain Logs for record-keeping and tracking purposes. Familiarity with office Machinery, including printers, copiers, and fax machines. Knowledge of Paper management, including filing and sorting of documents. Experience in Quality Assurance, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard. Ability to Distribute Faxes efficiently and in a timely manner. Willingness to work Overtime as required, demonstrating flexibility and dedication. Experience in handling Service Calls, showcasing problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle Confidential Documents, demonstrating trustworthiness and integrity. Understanding of Statement Of Work, indicating the ability to comprehend and follow project specifications.
