Aid Controller and CFO with accounting and financial reporting.
Maintain general ledgers and journal entries for entities.
Process bill payments and monitor bank balances.
Reconcile monthly bank/brokerage statements.
Handle tax filings and payments.
Assist in year-end tax preparation.
Manage various schedules and projects.
Perform ad-hoc tasks and administrative functions as required.
Requirements
Qualifications:
5+ years accounting experience preferred, ideally from family office or similar.
Strong GL experience preferred
CPA license or working towards it is a plus.
Sage Intacct proficiency strongly preferred.
Bachelor degree required
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
