The candidate must show good judgment and continually improve their level of knowledge about Amazon’s business and our intersection with our commitment to The Climate Pledge.As the Sr. Employee Engagement Lead, you will collaborate and partner with key teams to develop and deliver employee-centric programs and campaigns across Amazon's internal channels. You will create awareness, amplify, and accelerate Amazon’s sustainability goals while improving the overall employee workplace experience.You will identify meaningful ways for employees to engage in sustainability initiatives that bring programs to life to scale impact. You will continually evangelize the top priorities of WWS Employee Engagement to generate buy in and create trusted business relationships that drive meaningful impact.Key job responsibilities
Develop and enhance customer (employee) obsessed programs that cultivate a culture where employees feel empowered, valued, and motivated to contribute to Amazon's sustainability journey.
Manage the global Sustainability Ambassador (SA) program, partnering and guiding SA leaders to activate key priorities in their regions that drive measurable results for both the employee experience and for Amazon’s sustainability commitments.
Create a central Sustainability Employee Engagement editorial calendar of complementary, strategic initiatives and events happening across the company that drive employee awareness and generate value add, engaging sustainability experiences in the office, online and in the community.
In partnership with Internal Communications/PR partners, co-create consistent messaging and cohesive content to engage, inform, and inspire employees about Amazon’s sustainability commitment and progress.
Develop scalable tools, trainings, and resources to build employee sustainability knowledge and competencies related to key WWS EE priorities.
Measure program success using key metrics that enable and deepen employee engagement, awareness, and perception of Amazon’s Sustainability goals and commitments.
Use current listening data and insights to ensure the employee voice shapes the ongoing strategy of the WWS Employee Engagement organization.
Basic Qualifications
8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote
Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions
Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery
Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)
Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives
Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines

The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
