Management of assigned product(s)including market research; financial analysis; product planning, developmentand implementation; and coordination of sales and marketing strategies,objectives and programs. Ourpartnerships include deep collaboration with Design, Engineering, Data,Marketing, and Business teams.Essential JobFunctions

Analyzing product opportunities,advocating for great digital-channel experiences

Partnering closely with differentbusiness teams representing user and bank needs, presenting to internalstakeholders as the product expert

Provides direction and collaboratingwith leadership and internal stakeholders to determine product priorities

Contributing to overall productvision, strategy, development and execution including product definition,vision, strategy, and initiative/roadmap development

Collaborating with leadership toensure product backlog represents a plan for increasing customer value overtime through market differentiation and the delivery of great customerexperiences across channels and touchpoints

Tracking and reporting customer anddigital success metrics

Partnering closely with engineering,user experience, customer experience strategy, and design to ensure quality andconsistency of experiences

Leveraging customer-centricthinking, discovery and research, rapid iteration, and lean practices toquickly validate backlog concepts

Managing product managementactivities by developing expertly defined stories, identifying and managingdependencies, ensuring research and design, following and enhancing processes,defining acceptance criteria and quality measures

Generating all product, project, andplatform artifacts for product development (business cases, cost-benefitanalyses, product overviews) and product management (platform requirements,project briefs, epics, stories etc.)

Acting as product owner inagile/scrum product development or project owner in conventional productdevelopment, as needed

Define and track product-specificanalytics

Ensures all new and existingproducts and communication related to those products are in compliance withbank policy and regulatory requirements.

Gather market intelligence so that marketopportunities may be capitalized on as they occur and the effects ofcompetitive activity are minimized.

Identifies new or revised productsby researching, or directing research, of identified target markets todetermine customer/prospect needs, acceptance, and probability of purchase.Formulates a best practices approach to handling them.

Counsels on the development ofmarketing and advertising programs for the assigned product or products.

Evaluates current economicconditions and advises management of possible impact on assigned products andservices. May develop plans to impact.

Develops criteria for testing newlydeveloped products, reviews test results and recommends necessary alteration oftesting of product.

Evaluates ideas for new products,investigates market opportunities and effect on market of present products, andrecommends exploitation of economically attractive products.

Bachelor's Degree

Work Experience

Requires mastery level knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. Requires 10 years minimum prior relevant experience.

Skills

Conducts training classes on new or updated procedures, as necessary.

Thorough knowledge of product line assigned including operational and marketing aspects. Understanding of product planning and market research.
