The firm aims to build long-term value while developing trustful relationships within the community and nurturing enduring partnerships with fellow corporations in the local development sector.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full-cycle accounting process for a portfolio of properties, including A/R, A/P, G/L entries, and month-end close.

Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Conduct variance analysis, explaining discrepancies in financial performance.

Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and annual audit processes.

Collaborate with property managers and senior management to provide financial insights and reporting.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in real estate.

Proficient in accounting software such as MRI and Yardi.

Strong understanding of GAAP and real estate financial reporting.

Self-starter with excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
