Description Robert Half is looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented Staff Accountant for a thriving, fast-paced company that recognizes talent and effort. This is a job where someone with a complex understanding of Financial Statements, Cash Flow projections, and Budgets can thrive.Based in San Francisco, this full-time position would report directly to the Head of Capital Markets. The successful candidate will be charged with the following duties and responsibilities:· Work directly with the Head of Capital Markets to prepare and execute capital planning with respect to aircraft acquisitions.· Manage global cash forecasting models which quantify upcoming capital needs and optimize our use of cash.· Assist in the execution of interest rate risk hedging (with an external derivatives adviser) and other treasury processes.· Assist in managing global banking relationships to support our expanding business needs.· Perform regular reporting to MHC and covenant reporting to external lenders. · Develop presentations on company's business for internal and external use. · Provide information in connection with external and internal audits.· Assist with special projects and perform other job-related tasks and assignments as needed, which may include cross-departmental projects.· Some international travel will be required on an ad-hoc basis.· Positively contribute to the company in San Francisco's team culture, promoting teamwork, contributing to team activities and being a supportive and collegiate colleague. Requirements Required Qualifications / Competencies:· Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.· 3+ years’ experience in a comparable role· Strong MS Excel quantitative and financial modeling skills.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially using MS Word and PowerPoint· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work as part of a small team. · Experience with commercial aircraft debt loan sourcing and documentation a plusRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
