Engaging partners and nonprofit organizations to scale reskilling / upskilling programs for underserved communities

Delivering on our pledges and commits for ESG as an organization

Amplifying our narrative and engagement for social impact throughout the Automation Anywhere eco-system

Our social impact program has three strategic arms:

Delivering Technology Access with licenses and automation

Focus on Human Uplift through upskilling / reskilling and employee volunteering

Providing small Funding and Support to social enterprises

Location: Preferred location in the San Francisco, CA Bay Area, with regular on-site work at our corporate headquarters in San Jose, CA.You will make an impact by being responsible for:

Focusing on Human Economic Uplift through upskilling / reskilling : Your aim is to assist nonprofits adapt our available curriculum to train underserved communities with the outcome of finding meaningful employment in the digital economy. You will connect with nonprofits and our commercial partners, helping to connect the dots to scale automation education globally. The objective is to make future job opportunities more accessible to all by providing learning opportunities.

Employee volunteering : This role will also help manage our employee engagement program through employee volunteering and giving opportunities. You will work with internal champions across our global offices to encourage employees to use their annual paid Volunteer Time Off (VTO) and give back meaningfully to the nonprofits in their communities.

Delivering on ESG commitments : This role will engage an internal cross-functional ESG council to deliver on accurate tracking of our various ESG-related data for reporting to create a draft report. Working closely with the Social Impact Officer, you will manage and evolve Automation Anywhere's social impact initiatives to achieve committed goals. This involves developing relationships, partnerships, and engaging our partners to fulfill these commitments.

Delivering narrative on the purpose-driven mission and work of Automation Anywhere : You will enhance and expand the perception of Automation Anywhere by aligning media messaging and narrative with social impact partners. Your goal is to inspire Automation Anywhere employees and supporters. You will communicate the company's narrative through various channels such as the website, press releases, events, paid and earned media, and social marketing.

Collaborating and driving success: You will collaborate with internal and external teams, including sales, marketing, and training, to develop programs and promote automation adoption in social enterprises. Consistency in narrative across the ecosystem is crucial. You will partner with social training organizations and Automation Anywhere University to facilitate upskilling and reskilling for underserved populations.

You will be a great fit if you have:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Major in business, technology or social sciences

5+ years of Program/Project Management skills, preferably within a Social Impact or Community Relations team

Experience with non-profit or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), including diverse professional experience across a number of areas in the social impact sector, such as Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), sustainability, public/private partnership development and management, or Community Relations preferred.

Commitment- and relationship-building through approachability, authenticity, influence and strong leadership

Ability to wear many hats: Comfortable engaging with social enterprise customers, developing case studies, sharing inspiring stories, and doing whatever it takes to ensure partner success.

Proven emotional intelligence: Understand the needs and challenges of social impact organizations, craft engaging activations, and effectively communicate with your team. Inspire trust and build strong networks in the social impact vertical.

Comfortable with technology: Possess a deep understanding of how technology can benefit social organizations. Communicate effectively with C-suite executives and departmental leaders in the field, and collaborate with internal teams to implement automation solutions for social constituents.

This is a contract position - for an initial 4-6 months, with a possible extension. The hourly rate for this position is $80-90/hr. The hourly rate offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.Ready to Revolutionize Work?
