Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.Technology Consulting – Digital & Emerging Technologies – Delivery Orchestration - Product Management (Senior) (Multiple Positions) (1488636), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, San Francisco, CA.Work in project teams to create a technology solution or computer systems improvement through phases of project governance, assessment, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training and rollout of a client's project lifecycle. Assist with realizing the strategic vision and roadmap of a project or product through the creation of specifications, definition and design, including journey maps, flow diagrams, feature map, user stories and/or other critical deliverables. Document feature sets and user stories/business requirements based on identified business needs and priorities, as well as product research and platform specifications. Document and maintain product roadmap. Develop a strong point-of-view and recommend design solutions based on the desired user experience via multiple inputs. Collaborate with development, QA, and business team members throughout the development process and address questions and issues as they arise.Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with team members with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services focusing on more complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues. Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Learn about EY and its service lines and actively assess and present ways to apply knowledge and services.Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field of study and 2 years of related experience. Alternatively, Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field of study and 1 year of related experience.Must have 1 year of experience in technology consulting and/or technology design.Must have 1 year of experience in analyzing business requirements, identifying gaps, and defining solutions to address complex business challenges.Must have 1 year of experience in client services or professional services, technical writing, and integrating business processes with technology.Must have 1 year of experience with agile and/or other development methodology.Requires travel up to 50%, including international travel up to 10% to serve client needs.Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.Please apply on-line at ey.com/enus/careers and click on "Careers - Job Search”, then “Search Jobs" (Job Number – 1488636).What we offerWe offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.
