Description Semiconductor manufacturing company has an immediate opening for a Corporate Paralegal! This Corporate Paralegal will join the legal team and report to the General Counsel. As a Corporate Paralegal with this organization, your primary functions will revolve around providing support on various legal projects, such as data privacy initiatives, handling document retention, contract management, and assisting with the implementation and integration for government contract updates. This position requires hybrid on-site work in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a corporate paralegal capacity with exposure to data privacy compliance and contracts management. Responsibilities: Assist with the execution of document retention phases for various projects Provide paralegal support for CCPA/CPRA and other compliance initiatives Aid in privacy program management support and compliance initiative roll-out Support the team with contract review Collaborate closely with the legal team to provide support, ensuring all tasks are handled efficiently Help with the implementation and integration of contract database and template updates Act as a point of contact for inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses Perform other related duties as assigned by the managementRequirements Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate paralegal role or similar legal capacity Experience working with data privacy compliance related to CCPA/CPRA is required Familiarity with government contracts and contract administration is preferred Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
