We are seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to partner with the Vice President, Investor Relations. In addition, you will also be supporting two other VPs in the Finance organization.  In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to work with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality understanding the priorities of the VP, Investor Relations, while establishing relationships across the various functional and business teams, outside of finance, such as operations, product marketing, to name a few.  You will become a core member of Western Digital’s Finance administrative team.The ideal candidate describes themselves as a strategic business partner and is driven, focused, organized, and innovative. A positive attitude and a team player are a must!Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and executing on all investor relations events, such as investor day, on-site investor meetings, non-deal road shows, and investor conferences, as well as virtual investor events.Must be comfortable in working with external teams, such as with teams from covering sell-side analysts, and with WD shareholders/investor teams to coordinate meetings, visits, and overall schedules.During specific events/periods, must demonstrate flexibility and willing to work on-site in aiding investor relations workflow.Managing POs and expenses related to external services used by IRMust have the ability to juggle multiple priorities.Calendar Management: Own the VP, IR and a few other Executives’ calendars; coordinate a cross C-suite executives, business partners and team members by prioritizing schedules and qualifying requests. Proactively solicit agendas and manage attendee lists.Meeting Planning and Event Coordination: Assists in the planning and organizing of internal and external meetings. Obtains briefing documents for key internal/external meetings and creates briefing packets for business trips. Coordinate  investor relations support activities with the CEO and the CFO office.Travel: Manages complex international and domestic travel. Carefully considers and decides the optimum travel arrangements and itineraries. Processes passports and visas.Tool Management: Manages expense reports, and becomes a tool champion of WD’s internal tools. Coordinates with executive technical support teams in advance of meetings and events to understand the best technology needed to ensure a successful outcome.In general, daily tasks are carried out at a higher level of complexity. Leverage your administrative expertise to be two steps ahead of your executive; your job will be to problem solve, intuitively understand priorities, and plan ahead for reoccurring events and tasks.
