What You Will DoIn this fast-paced and dynamic position, you will be part of the COO’s Chief of Staff team. We are a strategic advisor that amplifies the impact of the ONEx (Operations & Customer Experience) senior leadership team in accelerating Cisco’s transformation. We do this successfully through our simplistic approach, strategic agility, and strong collaboration. You role and responsibilities will include managing :

Executive Sponsorship Program commitments

Customer, Partner, and Supplier engagements

Employee roundtables

Organization-wide strategic priorities and programs

Minimum Requirements

MBA required; PMP preferred

Approximately 15 years strategic planning and/or leadership positions including approximately 7 years supporting senior leaders

Skilled in strategy, planning, and program management processes

Strong expertise in strategic execution, governance, and objectives and key results tracking

Expert level knowledge of Windows desktop applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint

Work in San Jose office at least 1-2 days per quarter
