We are a strategic advisor that amplifies the impact of the ONEx (Operations & Customer Experience) senior leadership team in accelerating Cisco’s transformation. Minimum Requirements
MBA required; PMP preferred
Approximately 15 years strategic planning and/or leadership positions including approximately 7 years supporting senior leaders
Skilled in strategy, planning, and program management processes
Strong expertise in strategic execution, governance, and objectives and key results tracking
Expert level knowledge of Windows desktop applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Work in San Jose office at least 1-2 days per quarter
