This role demands strong writing and creative skills, excellent relationship-building abilities, and proficiency in managing multiple projects under tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.Responsibilities include:Communications Strategy:

Develop and implement content and communication strategies for Robert Half’s technology, legal, and marketing & creative partners, events, executives, and sales teams.

Choose appropriate content channels and formats for key messages, including social media, podcasts, webinars, infographics, and videos.

Ensure all communications align with the Robert Half brand’s tone and style.

Stay informed about emerging business and career trends, integrating this intelligence into the overall communications and content strategy.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide decisions and enhance performance.

Strategic Partnerships and Events:

Collaborate with marketing teams to expand strategic partner relationships through speaking opportunities, webinars, podcasts, research, and other content.

Act as the primary communications contact for alliance and strategic partners, ensuring successful content programs and speaking engagements.

Continuously research and implement strategies to improve ROI with strategic partners, including analyzing competitor activities.

Special Projects and Executive Support:

Contribute to the communications content library, including developing podcasts, presentations, bylines, roundtable materials, and other external-facing content.

Research and secure national speaking opportunities for executives; oversee the development and design of presentations, scripts, and webinars; provide support to executives.

Develop strategies for virtual events, including content creation, speaker preparation, and promotional plans.

Qualifications:

5-7+ years of experience working in communications or marketing in a corporate or agency setting.

A general understanding of the U.S. economy, labor market, and business trends; subject matter expertise in the technology, legal, marketing, and creative sectors is a plus.

Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with strong collaboration and project management capabilities.

Excellent critical thinking skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to persuade and build consensus.

A creative and self-directed individual capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Experience advising and interfacing with executives and senior leaders.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location.
