Job DescriptionThe Financial Management Modernization (FMM) Project Coordinator performs critical responsibilities in support of the Program Director, Program Manager, Project Managers, and Business Systems Analysts. Provides key data to update project status, and proactively identifies risks, issues, and potential roadblocks based on schedule progress. Recommends solutions, escalates resource issues and develops processes to improve the efficiency of the program. Prepares regular program and project status reports for constituents and campus stakeholders. Provides rigorous and timely research support for the Program Management Office and the FMM Program. Initiates, oversees, and conducts analysis and research, synthesizing and interpreting multifaceted program and project information to prepare concise, incisive analysis. Communicates results in clear and concise presentations, written reports, graphical presentations, or tabular summaries. Supports the development and maintenance of FMM Program reporting. Designs, implements and deploys accurate, visually appealing, and informative data displays and dashboards.Skills and Requirements3-5 + years of experience as a business analyst.Experience working along side ERP implementation project roadmaps.Experience creating basic data visualizationsExperience coordinating project and meeting schedules.Strong communication skill and ability to lead/facilitate meetings for stakeholders.
