Description
Robert Half Technology is looking for a Part-Time Desktop Support Technician for one of clients in Santa Barbara, CA. This Part-Time Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for supporting Windows workstations, users support, application support, tickets monitoring and Office 365. The required hours for this position will be no more or less than 20 hours per week. Our client is flexible with hours, so if you are looking to pick up some side income during the holidays then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Requirements
Must have experience working with Windows workstations including setting up desktops/laptops
Must have experience setting up and troubleshooting printers
Must have experience working with Office 365 applications and Outlook for user account modifications
Must have at least 2-4 years experience working in a Desktop/Helpdesk position
Will be required to perform break/fix on Windows workstations and be part of a Windows 10 migration (Windows 18.03 to 19.09)
Experience with ticketing systems is a must have as this candidate will be required to support and close out 5+ tickets per day
