Crushcakes Cafe is currently looking for an Assistant Manager for our Downtown Santa Barbara location. We are a family owned cafe and bakery opened in 2008 and focused on providing great food to our community. We are looking for people to join our team who:
Will work closely with Store Management to ensure daily food service runs smoothly.
Will assist in managing staff, customer service, vendor orders, catering and events.
Can provide AMAZING customer service and get along well with a diverse group of people
Are detail oriented and able to multi-task in a busy work environment
Are excited to learn about our great food and coffee and is willing to work hard to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly every day.
Ideally have experience working in a restaurant, cafe, bakery, coffee shop and are available to work weekday mornings and weekends.
