Bossie’s Kitchen is searching for a passionate Breakfast/Lunch server to join our team!
Owned by chefs Lauren Herman and Christina Olufson, Bossie's is a casual corner restaurant located in the "cow building" on Milpas and Canon Perdido, just blocks from the Santa Barbara Bowl. Our menu is seasonal, farmers' market sourced, and made from scratch. Recently we added breakfast service: 8am-11am Wednesday through Sunday.
Candidates must be professional with a good attitude, able to become part of a team, and have a desire to learn and grow.
Servers:
We are looking for outgoing candidates with excellent customer service skills, Bossie's is a small and close knit team in a neighborhood full of wonderful regulars. Available shifts: Wednesday, Thursday, Fridays 7am-3pm, with potential for Saturday and/or Sunday evening shifts; hourly wage is $16/hr + tips.
All candidates:

- Dedicated to professional and personal growth.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Able to maintain high standards in customer service, guest experience, and quality of ingredients and preparation.
Additional Requirements:
-Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to changing menu items or new cooking techniques.
- Flexible availability
- Experience in a fast paced restaurant
- Servsafe certified and/or California Food Handlers Card
- Servers must be RBS certified
