Job Description

Jeannine's seeks a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Floor Manager who is looking for a career to join our team. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the restaurant staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.

Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant floor.

Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as necessary.

Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Handle cash credit transactions and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Support shift changes.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure high food quality standards, presentation, and service.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or related field certification is a plus.

Restaurant, coffee shop (barista) experience is preferred.

Proven experience as a restaurant floor supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations effectively.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in food service.

Proficiency in using POS systems.

Proficiency with computer programs is a plus.

Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays are required.
