Crushcakes Cafe is currently looking for a Wedding & Event Manager. This is an exciting position that will be front facing and focused on customer service while managing wedding and event orders.
You will be responsible for the following:
Will work closely with customers to place custom cake, dessert and catering orders. This will be in person and over emails.
Will work closely with bakers and managers at both store locations to ensure the orders can be made, are priced correctly and executed correctly
Are very detail oriented and able to multi-task in a busy work environment
Are able to communicate well with a diverse group of people and have the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Has experience working in a restaurant, cafe, bakery, or coffee shop and are available to work weekdays and weekends and some holidays.
