Rare Society a dinner only steakhouse is seeking a culinary leader to continue pushing the cuisine and services forward. This restaurant is apart of an acclaimed restaurant group based out of San Diego. We focus on cooking our proteins over California Red Oak to enhance that smoky flavor. All of our steaks are served a la carte and butchered in house, as well as a full dry aged program. Requirements-
Must have at least 4 years in management
Must have general knowledge in butchery of sub primals
