Qualifications:
1. Experience in Human Resources& Employee Relations
2. Basic knowledge of current labor laws.
3. Competent Computer and Word Processing Skills
4. Ability to positively interact with coworkers and clients.
Supervision
The Human Resources Manager shall report directly to the General Manager.
Duties:
Time Clock Management
1. Monitor and track employee hours, locations and tasks.
2. Become familiar with schedule, scheduling and typical daily routines.
3. On a regular basis, audit, review and input accurate time records.
4. Act as employee liaison and record any notable employee achievements or failures.
5. Manage employee files and employee compensation.
Work Place Safety
1. Manage regular safely meetings.
2. Create digital record and maintain OSHA policies.
Administrative
1. Become familiar with the business product and practices.
2. Answer phones – have comfortable client interaction.
3. Assist with filing, data entry and general office tasks.
