Jack or Jill of-all-trades wanted for landscape work, farming, caretaking, and land restoration at a scenic property near the town of Santa Ynez. This is a job for an energetic person who values sustainability, beauty, and community. Positive attitude, aptitude and adaptability are required, as is the ability to lift 50 pounds. Work beside and learn from our amazing gardener/ranch manager/educator.
Duties include:
Gardening
Landscape management
Native plant propagation
Infrastructure maintenance and repair
Pond care
Vehicle use, care, and repair
Gathering and processing art materials
Required Skills:
Strong Back
Hard worker
Helpful skills and experience:
Landscaping, animal husbandry, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, equipment operation, welding, food processing, mechanic, fence building, computer competency, and much more.
Salary and benefits:
25- 40per hour depending on relevant skills and experience.
Background check, driver’s license, US work authorization required.
