Job Title: Full-Time Ranch Hand
Location: Santa Ynez, CA. On site.
Position Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated full-time Ranch Hands to join our team and contribute to the upkeep, improvement, and development of our growing ranch in Santa Ynez. The ideal candidate will embody qualities such as honesty, hard work, reliability, and adaptability. Limited experience may be accepted if you demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of general ranch tasks, including but not limited to:
Fencing installation and repair
Landscape maintenance
Irrigation installation and repair
Livestock and animal care
Machine operation
Gardening and farming.
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license and be legally eligible to work in the US.
Ability to work weekends and occasional overtime as needed.
Pass a drug screening and background check.
