Office Admin - Design Build Firm

Part-Time Office Admin Position with local Design Build Firm.

Job Duties include:

- Picking Up Mail

- Shipping Packages

- Printing

- Receiving Packages

- Full-filling Orders

- Corresponding with Vendors

- Filing Receipts

- Data Entry

- Organize Client Billing Files

Flexible, Part-Time Schedule. 10 - 15 Hours per Week.

Qualifications Desired:

- Strong Organizational Skills

- Can Do Attitude

- Prior Office Experience is a plus

- In-Progress - or - Completed Associate / Bachelors Undergraduate Degree

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Proficient with Email Applications

- Eagerness to Learn

- Drivers license and reliable car for running errands
