The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) acts as a liaison between IT Development and business functions to help build solutions needed to accelerate revenue and increase sales productivity. This Business Systems Analyst is a member of the Business Systems Team within the Central Ops Organization and reports to the Senior Manager of Business Systems.
You will work in partnership with Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, and IT to develop and implement systemic solutions to scale and streamline our sales processes. You are responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into actionable tasks, leading project definition and planning, supporting testing and go-live, and driving the related change management and enablement. This role helps to ensure systemic accuracy & usability of our sales tools. Primary sales tools to be supported include Salesforce.com, sales forecasting tools as well as other sales software and applications.
