What you get to do in this role:  

We're looking for a passionate, driven Senior Staff Product Manager who will lead cross-initiatives to innovate and re-imagine the management fabric for our worldwide cloud of network and hardware infrastructure.

  • The person in this role will define product vision and manage delivery roadmap across multiple engineering teams, while owning key internal partner relationships and collaborating on cloud infrastructure strategy with team leadership.
  • As a Senior Staff Product Manager, you will define and track KPIs focused on product and cloud adoption, drive ideation and roadmap priorities, work with distributed internal engineering teams to define and deliver features (based on target personas) and ensure end-to-end delivery of value for the business with our cloud infrastructure management fabric.
  • This role will include regular engagement with external customers as part of a high-energy, startup-like environment with a highly collaborative team.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 12+ years of experience in product management focused on enterprise cloud solutions
  • 5 plus years’ experience in a SaaS company and/or Cloud Infrastructure automation space
  • Strong experience in scoping and leading product delivery for enterprise solution architectures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including with executive audiences
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment distributed worldwide
  • Experience with virtualization and hardware-optimized technologies like Containers, Machine Learning, Software-defined networking (SDN), and ‘Internet of Things’ (IoT) will be an advantage
  • Familiarity with public cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g. CS, CSE, EE) or relevant work experience in development, solutions architecture, or pre-sales engineering

A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.

Remote

A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office,including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to workwithin their state, province, region, or country of employment.
