Description We are in search of a Property Administrator to join our team located in Santa Cruz, California. In this role, you will be involved in property management, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Managing the leasing process, which includes providing property tours and handling lease agreements Handling customer inquiries and providing prompt responses to ensure customer satisfaction Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and transactions Utilizing various accounting software systems for financial management and reporting Overseeing the accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely and accurate payment processing Conducting regular property inspections and coordinating necessary maintenance or repairs Assisting in the development and implementation of budget processes Performing administrative duties such as answering phone calls, greeting tenants, and managing email correspondence Utilizing CRM and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne for customer relationship management and business processes Participating in marketing efforts and outreach to promote the property and attract potential tenants. Requirements Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a Property Administrator role or similar Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required Experience with ADP - Financial Services is desirable CRM knowledge and experience is a must Familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne preferred Experience with Kardin software is beneficial Strong understanding of accounting functions Experience handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Competency in billing functions is required Familiarity with budget processes is necessary Proficient in Google Suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive Must be able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required Must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously A high level of attention to detail is necessary for success in this role Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team Proven problem-solving skills are required Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
